A more traditional deep tissue massage to knead and release knots, aches and pains. A more intense massage to include pressure release and sports massage techniques can be requested here if desired.

Traditional massage techniques working on the back, neck, shoulders and head.
Hot Stone Massage
The most therapeutic massages using heated stones, usually volcanic. Placed on key areas of the body and used to warm and manipulate deep tissues for extreme relaxation and healing.

We offer Reiki as part of all our treatments. Reiki is a healing technique based on the principle that we can channel energy to activate the natural healing processes to help restore physical and emotional wellbeing

Reflexology, also known as zone therapy, is an alternative practice involving application of pressure to the feet and hands with specific thumb, finger and hand techniques
